HLT42015 Certificate IV in Massage Therapy 

 

General Introduction:
 
A six months Nationally endorsed Health Training Package program in massage therapy in Australia.  This qualification reflects the role of massage therapists who provide general health maintenance treatments.
 
Upon successful completion of the course, the graduating student will be entitled to practice in Massage Therapy and may be self-employed or work within a larger health service.  
Graduates are recognised by following professional complementary medicine associations for accredited membership:
 
Association of Massage Therapists (AMT)
 
Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS)

HLT52015 Diploma of Remedial Massage

 
General Introduction:
 
A twelve months Nationally endorsed Health Training Package program in remedial massage therapy practice in Australia.  This course reflects the role of remedial therapists who work with clients presenting with soft tissue dysfunction, musculoskeletal imbalance or restrictions in range of motion (ROM). 
 
Upon successful completion of the course, the graduating student will be entitled to practice in Remedial Massage. Graduates may be self-employed or work within a largeer health service or establish their own clinic,  Graduates are recognised by following professional complementary medicine associations for accredited membership enabling them to be recognized by major health funds within Australia:

HLT52115 Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Remedial Massage 

General Introduction: 

A twelve months Nationally endorsed Health Training Package program in Traditional Chinese Medicine remedial massage practice in Australia. This qualification provides skills in TCM Remedial Massage ( An Mo Tui Na) and  specialised skills in addressing the internal / meridian imbalances as well as  traumatology treatment.  

 

Upon successful completion of the course, the graduating student will be entitled to practice TCM Remedial Massage.  Graduates are recognized by following professional complementary medicine associations for accredited membership enabling them to be recognized by some health funds within Australia:
